Summary Rallies were held in different cities against desecration of Quran by Nato forces in Afghanistan.
As per details, a large number of students from Peshawar University got together on a main road and condemned desecration of the holy Quran by Nato forces. They were carrying placards and banners inscribed with anti-US slogans.Students also demanded that the government should record their protest with Nato forces on diplomatic level, adding that the soldiers committing unscrupulous crime should be brought to justice.Likewise, social organization Tehreek-e-Awami also took out a rally which started from Traffic Chowk and culminated at the Press Club. The participants raised voice against Nato forces’ desecration of the holy Quran and called to sever diplomaticties with the US.
