Pakistan ties with Nato and the US would be reviewed by the parliament, the Foreign Minister said.Talking to the media at Multan Airport, she said that Pakistan would not let its land be used against Iran because it would attract negative and destructive effects to the region.She made it clear that the Afghan president has accepted importance of Pakistan; so far as ties with the Taliban are concerned, we have decided to follow Karzai’s initiative.She said that Pakistan would not like to create problems for 48 countries in Afghanistan, but decision on resumption of Nato supplies rests with the parliament.Commenting on Pak-US ties, she said that the US is a super power of which we want to have a dialogue on an equal basis. She said that Salala incident has caused tremendous problems, adding that she is not authorised to take a decision regarding ties with the US and Nato.While throwing light on ties with India, she said that there is progress after a short deadlock. Pakistan would like to have ideal relations with its neghbouring countries so that citizens may be facilitated with the progress and prosperity of the country.
