The petitioner stated that the MPA was involved in horse-trading during the Senate elections and had pledged his seat to the PPP for Rs 650 million development funds.Moreover, the central secretary general National Party also moved the BHC and argued that record rigging was carried out in the Senate elections and requested the court to declare Senate poll results null and void.The court admitted both the petitions for hearing and issued order to the Balochistan Chief Secretary not to issue development funds to Abdul Qadir Gilani.
