Summary Interior Ministry has decided to cancel cases against all Baloch leaders in exile.
Interior Minister Rehman Malik said cases against Harbyar and Brahamdagh would also be quashed along with all other Baloch leaders in exile.He said all Baloch leaders would be welcomed on return.Shahzain Bugti today set out eight points of demands as precondition to starting meanigful dialogue for Balochistan peace. On the list was a call for legal action against former president Pervez Musharraf for killing Nawab Akbar Bugti. He however demanded holding off All Parties Conference.Bloch leader Nawabzada Harbyar Marri met Nawabzada Brahamdagh Bugti in Switzerland and discussed the current situation in Balochistan.In response to this, Rehman Malik agreed that legal action would be taken against Musharraf.He also said the Frontier Constabulary would only act on call from the provincial government.The government has been endeavouring to making the All Parties Conference on the Balochistan issue broadly represented by all Baloch leaders. This steps comes as part of the government’s moves to resolve the Balochistan issue.
