Summary At least 7 people were killed and many injured as a pillar of a bridge fell on a wedding party bus.
Seven passengers including two children were killed and many injured when pillar of a bridge at Korangi Causeway fell on a bus carrying wedding guests from Godown Chorangi to Baloch Colony. The driver is also among the killed.There were 35 passengers onboard at the time of accident who were trapped under the wreckage of the bus and were rescued with the help of cranes. Injured have been rushed to a local hospital. According to eye-witnesses the accident occurred due to low visibility. Sindh Governor and Chief Minister have expressed sorrow over the tragic accident.
