Summary Finance Ministry has refused to issue bailout package recommend by the PM for Pakistan Steel Mills.
Prime Minister had approved bailout package worth Rs 11 billion which was to be handed over to the mill under the guarantee of National Bank.According to sources, the National Bank has refused to guarantee the bailout package as it is of the view that that if the Finance Ministry guarantees in written, the required amount may be issued.
