Summary Haji Habibur Rehman has been appointed as new IG Punjab while IG Punjab Javed Iqbal is made DG FIA.
According to a notification issued by the Establishment Division, Director General FIA Tehsin Anwar Shah has been replaced by senior police officer of grade-22 Javed Iqbal who has been rendering his service as IG Punjab.On the other hand, Haji Habibur Rehman has been appointed as new IG Punjab. He has been rendering his duties on the office of Commandant Punjab Constabulary.According to sources, Tehsin Anwar Shah has been appointed as DG National Police Bureau.
