Summary Session judge directed registering murder case against ex-SHO Sabzazar and investigation officer.
The session court ordered to register murder case against former SHO Sabzazar and investigation officer in factory collapse case while the court extended interim bail of three owners of the building.During the hearing of the case, Additional District and Session Judge was told that LDA had sealed the building but it was reopened again.On this, assistant director LDA requested the police to take action but the former SHO did not lodge an FIR in this regard.The honourable court, while showing displeasure, said that the matter of 26 deaths is not a joke and directed the concerned authorities to register case against the police officers.
