Summary Anti Terrorism Court has sent accused of Shahbaz Bhatti murder on a 7-day physical remand.
Abid Malik, an alleged assassin of former minorities minister Shahbaz Bhatti, was sent on seven-day physical remand by Anti-Terrorism Court-II on Tuesday.ATC-II Judge Rana Masood Akhtar directed Islamabad police to interrogate the accused.SHO Industrial Area Bashir Ahmed told the court that the accused had been arrested from Lahore airport on his arrival.Former federal minister Shahbaz Bhitti was killed in the I-8/3 area of Islamabad in March, 2011.
