Summary Pakistan's Supreme Court on Friday threw out an appeal from embattled Prime Minister.

Now PM Yousuf Raza Gilani will appear in the court on February 13 to face the contempt charges against him.He will be indicted in the court a, said his lawyer Aitzaz Ahsan in his brief press talk after the verdict.The Supreme Court earlier this month ordered Gilani to appear on February 13 to face indictment for the governments two-year refusal to ask Swiss authorities to re-open graft cases against President Asif Ali Zardari.Earlier, Chaudhry Aitzaz requested the court to give him time from 10 to 15 days to submit his reply.Nine-member bench of the Supreme Court led by Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry conducted hearing of the PM contempt of court case.The counsel for the defense Barrister Aitzaz Ahsan said that he should be given 10 days to complete his procedure.Aitzaz said that he could not explain the stance of the government within half an hour.At this, the Chief Justice said that every judge wants peace and tranquility in the country.
