Summary Lahore High Court has adjourned hearing of case regarding Haj expenditures till February 27.
When Chief Justice started hearing of the case, the counsels for the Federal Government and Ministry for Religious Affairs requested the court to grant them further time to submit their reply in the related case.The court while accepting their request directed them to submit details about Haj expenditures before issuance of Haj policy.On the other hand, the petitioner was of the view that the government has increased Haj expenses to the dangerous extent which have deprived of the masses from performing this religious duty.The court after hearing preliminary arguments has adjourned hearing till February 27.
