Summary Federal Constitutional Court approved up to 50% allowance increase for staff, effective immediately under fiscal year 2025-26 budget.

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - The Federal Constitutional Court has approved a significant increase in allowances for its employees, terming it a major relief for staff.

Chief Justice Ameenuddin Khan approved the raise, after which an official order was issued.

According to the notification, judicial and utility allowances for employees have been increased by up to 50 percent of the current basic salary.

The new allowances will apply immediately to all employees of the Federal Constitutional Court.

The order stated that additional allowances will not be admissible during extraordinary leave periods.

Expenses will be met from the court’s allocated budget for the fiscal year 2025-26.

The official notification was issued by the Additional Registrar (Administration).
