Summary Sindh CM Murad Ali Shah says Iran and US trusted Pakistan for talks in Islamabad, credits PM and military efforts, highlights unity role of leadership and Bilawal’s active engagement
KARACHI (Dunya News) - Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah said that Iran and the United States trusted Pakistan and arrived in Islamabad for talks.
Speaking to the media, Murad Ali Shah said that forces which were not ready to engage in dialogue were brought to the negotiation table.
He added that this was made possible through the efforts of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Field Marshal Asim Munir.
He further stated that the government took the Pakistan Peoples Party into confidence regarding the Iran-US negotiations.
Murad Ali Shah said that President Asif Ali Zardari held a meeting at the Presidency and played a role in keeping the nation united during difficult times.
He added that Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, despite holding no official position, remained active in facilitating the Iran-US negotiations.
