Summary A local made bomb exploded outside the house of a FIA Deputy Director Muhammad Akbar Baloch.
According to police, the explosive material was planted near the main gate of the house at Manu Jan Road. The blast damaged the main gate and walls of the house.According to bomb disposal squad, the bomb was locally assembled and about 1.5 kilogram explosive material was used in it.On receiving the information, police and FC reached the spot and cordoned off the area.Akbar Baloch is currently serving in Karachi and investigating deaths due to the PIC spurious medicines.
