Mumbai attack case: Foreign Ministry submits notification

Anti Terrorism Court Judge Shahid Rafiq conducted hearing of the Mumbai attack case in Adyala jail where the Foreign Ministry submitted the notification regarding departure of judicial commission to India.The commission would record the statements of chief investigation officer Ramaish Mahalay, magistrate Mrs Arvi Sondbagolay and two doctors who did postmortem of accused killed in mishap.The commission would also review investigation and evidence collected up till now. The commission is likely to leave for India during first week of next month.
