QUETTA (Dunya News) - The Balochistan government has introduced an early warning system (EWS) in schools to protect children’s education and reduce dropout rates, Dunya News reported on Friday.

According to Balochistan Education Department, under the early warning system, children who drop out of school will be identified in a timely manner, and students’ performance will be assessed through software.

The provincial education department further stated that school administrations, with the cooperation of parents, will take measures for children who discontinue their education and stop attending school.
