Summary Pervez Musharraf said that all cases against him were made on political grounds.
Addressing to a function of the Ex-Servicemen Society, former president Gen (r) Pervez Musharraf said that conspirators against the Pakistan Army and the ISI were enemies of Pakistan.Musharraf said that all the cases made against him were based on political revenge but he did not want to come in the government by using shoulders of any foreign force.The people will have to elect a third party in order to reject monopoly of the two parties in Pakistan, he said.Musharraf said that the armed forces were responsible for Pakistan’s security and prestige.Earlier, General Secretary Ex-Servicemen Society Commodore Farooq, in his address, said that General (r) Musharraf was part of the society and it was their responsibility to provide him security and protect him.
