Summary Counsel for Mansoor Ijaz wrote to Army Chief and Attorney General regarding his clients security.
Akram Sheikh Advocate, counsel for Mansoor Ijaz, the main character of memogate scandal, said that federal government would be held responsible if Mansoor Ijaz did not come to Pakistan due to security issue.Mansoor Ijaz cannot come to Pakistan until assurance for his security was not given, Akram Sheikh said.Akram asked the Attorney General to respond to Ijaz’s security call so that his client could visit Pakistan.He also said that if security to Mansoor Ijaz was not ensured, it would be equal to contempt of Memo Commission.
