Prime Minister Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani on Friday approved the issuance of a commemorative postage stamp in the name of late Arfa Karim Randhawa, young microsoft professional.The Prime Minister gave the approval for issuance of a commemorative stamp in recognition of the achievements of Arfa Karim at such a younger age.Arfa Karim Randhawa, who became the microsoft certified professional at the age of nine, died of heart attack last week.
