National Peoples Party MPA Masroor Jatoi has read a resolution in the Sindh Assembly without the permission of the speaker. The members of the house welcomed the said resolution by tapping desks. However, the speaker, in his ruling, said that the matter would be discussed on Monday.It was said in the resolution that the Assembly opposes any amendment in the constitution’s article 239(4), adding that the founding fathers of the constitution had special objective pertaining to this article; so that geographical boundaries may be secure properly.It was also said in the resolution that the people of Sindh would not favour any step taken in this regard.
