Summary Court has ordered to restore Hamid Saeed Kazmis foreign currency account.
The hearing of Haj corruption case was conducted by the court of Special Judge Mian Khalid Shabbir.A writ petition was filed on behalf of Saeed Kazmi to join him in investigation. The court ordered the FIA to have an inquiry about transfer of money in his account.While talking to Dunya News, FIA’s Assistant Director (legal) said that Hamid Kazmi has been briefed according to court order to provide details of his assets.On the other hand, accused is of the view that the amount in question was deposited in his account by his disciples. The court was adjourned with the direction to present accused Rao Shakeel on next hearing on 21 February.
