Summary SC Bar President Yasin Azad said article pertaining to presidents immunity is self evident.
Talking to the media in Supreme Court, he said that the government should write letter to Swiss government regarding graft cases against President Zardari as it does not matter.Azad said that the Army chief and DG ISI’s replies submitted in memo case were undoubtedly in accordance with rules and regulations. He further said that the Army is under the Executive and bound to follow its orders.He termed the decision of PM to appear before the Supreme Court commendable, adding that the PM would be welcomed with open arms.
