Summary Polling for District Bar Association elections continues in different cities.
The polling for District Bar Associations’ elections of Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Multan, Faisalabad, Gujranwala and other cities of the Punjab is underway and the black coats are exercising their right of vote to elect their office-bearers for the 2012-13.Three candidates are contesting for Rawalpindi District Bar Association presidentship including Miss Sarkar Abbas, Sardar Mehmood Khan Sadozi and Sajid Illyas Bhatti.Gul Nawaz Goraia and Muhammad Saeed Bhutta are struggling for GBA presidentship , while Shair Zuman Qureshi and Allah Ditta are facing each other in Multan Bar Association president’s seat.Tight security arrangements have been made during the polling hours.The polling will conclude at 5pm.
