Pir Pagara laid to rest in Pir Jo Goth

Hundreds of thousands people and his followers attended the funeral prayer of Pir Sb. PM Syed Yousaf Raza Gilani, Sindh CM Qaim Ali Shah, Senior Minister Khurshid Shah, PTI leader Shah Mahmood Qureshi, Sindh Home Minister Mansoor Wassan,PML-N Pir Gaus Ali Shah also reached Pir Jo Goth to attend Pir Sb funeral Pagara. Strict security measures were made to maintian law and order to secure any untoward situation. A large number of security men were deployed there but the followers of Pir Sb were so emotional that apparently it became difficult to control them. Leaders of different political and religious parties and paid tribute to him for his national services. Throughout his life, Pir Sb remained committed to motherland and played his ideal role for the defence of the country on every hard time. Pir Sb real name was Mardan Shan, son of Pir Sibghatullah Shah Rashdi.He gained primary education at his ancestral village.His son Sibghatullah Rashdi has been appointed as new Master of Hurs. Apperently he was a feudal lord but his life style was humanitarin; that is why he earned tremedous name and fame not only on national level but a large number of his followers are residing in India.A few days ago, he fell ill and left for London for medical treatement where, by the will of Allah, he passed away while leaving million of mourners.He left four sons who are already playing their roles in poltics and different walks of life.
