Bar, Bench committed to rule of law: CJP

He said that ideal cooperation between Bench and Bar is inevitable to make the procedure for provision of law more effective. “Development is possible in those countries where pure democracy prevails”, he said.He said that rule of democracy is guarantee of development in any country, adding that democracy is only solution to all the issues.He said that lawyers have the same enthusiasm by which they had launched Lawyers Movement on March 9.SC Bar Association president Yasin Azad said that said Bar has passed a resolution which favours the NRO judgment.Resolution also emphasised that whoever doesn’t implement the said decision; stern action should be taken against him.
