Summary Babar Awan says people made Gilani prime minister now people will decide about his eligibility.
Babar Awan, while responding to the judgment of 5-member bench of Supreme Court on NRO verdict implementation case, said that 18 Crore people of Pakistan have unanimously made Yousaf Raza Gilani prime minister of Pakistan therefore, people will decide about his eligibility and honesty.Babar Awan referred to Article 187 (2) of the constitution in which jurisdiction of Supreme Court is defined.He also suggested to Nawaz Sharif to file a petition against former President Pervez Musharraf.However, he maintened that he would show his reaction after reading the interim judgment on NRO implementation case.
