Summary NEPRA has given approval to increase tariff of production companies from 14 paisas to 35 paisas.
This decision would be in effect from January 15.According to a notification issued for NEPRA, tariff of Central Power Generation Company would be increased by 35 paisas while tariff of Northern Power Generation Company would be upped by 14 paisas.After this addition, the price of Guddu Power Plant would be charged Rs 19.5 per unit while price of Gulf Rental Power Plant would be charged Rs 16.32 per unit.
