Summary Lahore High Court calls Deputy AG to assist court in contempt plea against Babar Awan.
The petitioner submitted that PPP leader Babar Awan, while addressing a press conference along with ministers, used cheap words against the decisions of Supreme Court which fell under the contempt of court.In a petition seeking disability of Governor Punjab Latif Khosa, Lahore High Justice Khalid Mehmood Khan ordered the Deputy Attorney General that reply must be submitted till January 16. The petitioner has requested that Governor Punjab is involved in political activities on government expenditure.
