Summary Load shedding of gas to CNG stations has been challenged in the LHC.
All Pakistan CNG Association has filed a petition in the Lahore High Court seeking a stay order against 3-day a week gas load shedding to CNG stations.The petitioner has stated that the load shedding is being observed on Economic Coordination Committee’ order, but the committee has no power to issue such orders. The petitioner requested the apex court to issue a stay order against the gas load shedding.
