Summary Pakistan Railways has sent summary for raise in fares of trains to the ministry.
The railway officials have recommended for 25% raise in the fares of trains.It is worth mentioning that fares of passengers, expresses and nonstop trains would be decided separately while fare of goods trains would be increased by 25%.The summary would be sent to the Finance Ministry after approval from Railways Ministry and would be implemented with new schedule of fares.The PR officials are of the view that they are increasing fares after 10 months while price of diesel has been added so many times.
