Summary The SC has decided to hear writ petition on memo issue moved by Nawaz Sharif on December 1.
PML-N chairman Nawaz Sharif had filed a petition in the Supreme Court regarding the memo issue. It is said in the petition that memo issue is very crucial; so the people responsible for the secret letter should be called to the court for justification.Hearing of the petition would be conducted by nine-member bench led by Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry.While keeping in view the sensitivity of the issue, Nawaz moved another writ petition in the Supreme Court, seeking quick hearing of memo scandal case. The court has accepted the petition and ordered the parties to appear before court on December 1.
