Zardari, Gilani discuss NATO attack

Prime Minister Syed Yousaf Raza Gilani Saturday called on President Asif Ali Zardari to discuss the post-NATO strikes situation.President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Syed Yousaf Raza Gilani talked about the situation arising due to the incident of NATOs helicopters and fighter aircrafts unprovoked firing on two Pakistani border posts in Mohmand Agency that resulted in the loss of 24 security forces officials.The President condemned the incident and termed it violation of Pakistan’s sovereignty.The Prime Minister informed that he has summoned the meeting of the Defense Committee of the Cabinet at PMs House today to discuss this issue with the national leadership and to formulate Governments response in this regard.Hina Rabbani Khar, Federal Minister for Foreign Affairs, was also present during the meeting.
