Summary Shah Mehmood Qureshi, former foreign minister, met PML-N chief in Raiwind, Lahore today (Tuesday).
The meeting was attended by Shahbaz Sharif, the chief minister of Punjab, and Ch Nisar Ali Khan, the opposition leader in the National Assembly. The meeting took place in anticipation of Qureshi’s decision to join a new political party, as he has quit the Pakistan People’s Party.It is not immediately clear if Qureshi has joined the PML-N. Earlier, PTI chief Imran Khan said that Qureshi would announce joining the PTI on November 27.
