Summary A petition has been filed in the Supreme Court, seeking probe into memo issue.
Advocate Dr Tariq Asad filed a petition in the court, stating that the memo issue is related to national integrity and the court should ordered to investigate the issue. He said that a case of desertion under Article 6 would be registered against all the responsible persons. Federal government, Interior and Foreign Ministry and Hussain Haqqani have been made party in the petition.
