Summary Chief Justice has formed larger bench to hear NRO Review Petition on Nov 21.
The NRO Review Petition had come up for hearing before the Court on April 19 and was adjourned. Thereafter, this case could not be fixed as the requisite strength of 17-members bench was not available. Notices have also been issued to all concerned.
