Delayed Hajj flights bring 6000 pilgrims back to Pakistan

Summary Fourteen flights have brought 6000 pilgrims back to Pakistan so far during PIAs Hajj operation.

According to PIA Spokesman Sultan Hassan, more than 6000 pilgrims have been brought back to Pakistan by 14 flights during PIA’s Hajj operation which started on November 10.Three flights arrived in Karachi with more than 1400 pilgrims while the arrival of these flights was delayed for hours.Meanwhile, flights also arrived several hours late in other cities including Islamabad, Lahore, Quetta and Peshawar taking more 4000 pilgrims.The PIA Spokesman added that the Hajj operation is being made speedy and 5000 pilgrims will be taken back to Pakistan via 10 flights.The Hajj operation will be completed till December 10, the PIA Spokesman concluded.
