Summary LHC has directed the Home Ministry to provide the list of prisoners from abroad in Pakistani jails.
The court was moved on the detention of two Indian prisoners who were not released after the completion of their term. The court was informed that two Indian s were being kept illegally in the jail.The court accepted the plea for hearing and directed the Home Ministry to provide the details of the foreigners in Pakistani prisons by November 2.
