Summary LHC has sought an explanation from ex-Punjab CM over Sapna Khans illegal confinement case.
In this regard, summons has been issued to Dost Muhammad Khosa, current provincial minister.Lahore High Court Justice Shiakh Azmat conducted hearing of the case when the counsel for the petitioner, Hina Khan, said that former CM Dost Muhammad Khosa has kept her ex-wife Sapna Khan in illegal confinement at any unknown place while the police have not taken any action in this regard.The counsel requested the court to seek explanation from Dost Muhammad Khosa for recovery of the victim.The court while accepting the petition for hearing has issued notice to the provincial minister for November 16.
