Summary A ceremony was organised at Saudi Embassy in Islamabad regarding national day of the kingdom.
Pakistani women also participated in the ceremony.On the eve, national anthems of both countries were sung with music. Later, a cake reading ‘Pak-Saudi friendship’ was also cut.Pakistani and Saudi children sang songs on Arabic music, entertaining audience.Special dinner was also organised for the participants of the ceremony where different dishes were offered for Pakistani and Saudi guests. Women of both countries discussed social and cultural trends in their countries.
