Summary Babar Awan says Punjab government is spending resources on public rallies instead of curbing dengue.
Talking to media at the house of PPP worker Akber Khan, former law minister Babar Awan said that at least eight people have been falling victim to dengue daily whereas Punjab government is spending its resources on public gatherings.Nawaz Sharif should participate in the funeral prayer of dengue-hit patients rather than leaving for oversees tours, he added.Highlighting the academic issues, he said that what kind of good governance that a large number of students are forced to come out on streets.Awan also urged the judiciary to take suo motu notice on dengue issue.
