Summary MQM said it is constitutional, legal and moral obligation of CJP to provide justice to Ayesha Malik.
As per details, the MQM Rabita Committee has appealed to Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry that he should take suo motu notice of “state terrorism” against Ayesha Ahad Malik and provide her justice.According to a statement, the committee said that Ayesha Malik and her family members have been subjected to barbarism of the Punjab government.Despite this, the Supreme Court has not taken any notice in this regard, said the MQM.
