Senate poll not to be delayed: Khosa

If the CM sends some advice, it would not be followed blindly; rather he would take a decision in accordance with the Constitution.While speaking at the Benazir Bhutto National Women Karate Championship in Lahore, Punjab Governor Latif Khosa said that none of PML-N has presented this suggestion; rather this demand was made by a member of Unification Block. He said that he was sure that PLM-N would not mention dissolving of assembly because every member wishes that Assembly should complete its tenure.It the Assembly is dissolved, PML-N would be deprived of the acquired seats, adding that if an Assembly is dissolved, bi-election could be held within 90 days.The Governor advised Shahbaz Sharif to settle the issues with Aisha Malik at domestic level; other it would cause discredit at court level.He said that the Supreme Court has not made his powers limited; he would continue to play his role as a Chancellor.
