Summary Counsel for Moonis Elahi has said that the FIA could not present any evidence against Moonis.
District and Sessions Judge Lahore Mujahad Mustaqeem heard the petition seeking quittal of Moonis Elahi in the NICL case.Counsel for Moonis Elahi said that the FIA could not prove even a single allegation against Moonis and all the witnesses had also deviated from their statement.Investigation officer informed the court Zafar Qurreshi had retired and a letter has been sent to the FIAHeadquarters regarding it. The court adjourned the hearing till October 12.
