Summary Inflation will be kept under control: Iqbal
NAROWAL (Dunya News) – Planning Minister Ahsan Iqbal on Friday praised Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, saying the latter's diplomatic efforts made it possible to secure the International Monetary Fund (IMF) deal.
Iqbal expressed his expectation the nation's economy would reach $1trillion by 2025. He emphasised the value of the country's youth, asserting, "Inculcating the youth with modern knowledge and skills is one of the safest investments in the country."
"The economy would stabilise. Foreign investment will enter the country and inflation will be kept under control as the country sealed agreement with the international lender," Iqbal maintained
