FESCOs blunder: Rs 457 charged for one unit

The consumer was stunned at getting the hefty bill for one unit.According to records, the cost of one unit has been charged by Rs 75 in September while Rs 12 have been included as sales tax. Moreover, Rs 53 have been counted as general sales tax adjustment.In this way, Rs 369 were imposed in the name of fuel adjustment.The consumer is of the view that he kept his house locked due to which he had to pay the charges of one unit, but the bill was Rs 123 for a unit. It is deplorable to say that the bill of one unit was raised by three times for the next month.
