Summary The Punjab government has appealed to the court for suspension of accused acquittal.
Punjab government Wednesday moved to Lahore High Court against the acquittal of five accused in Sialkot lynching case.According to details, the provincial government filed plea in High Court to brought five men to book to justice who were earlier released by the court.The government also files plea to award death penalty to four other convicts who have been sentenced 3 year prison.Punjab government said unkind punishments must be made an example that no one could ever repeat such lynching act in the society.
