Summary The Lahore High Court has sought Kalar Kahar accident report from the government in 10 days.
Applicants attorney argued that Kalar Kahar bus accidents that killed 37 people including school children was an outcome of Motorway Police and government’s negligence.He requested the court to form a commission to probe the tragedy. The court admitted the plea for regular hearing, saying it was an issue related to human lives. The worthy court said the issue would be thoroughly looked into. The court also directed the government to implement Motor Vehicle Ordinance. Justice Ijazul Hassan has directed the government to submit report within 10 days
