Summary Lahore High Court has adjourned the hearing of confiscated assets of Sharif family till Oct 4.
The petition filed by the Sharif family pleaded that during the exile of Sharif family Hudabia Paper Mill and other assets of RS 150 million were taken into custody by National Accountability Bureau (NAB) and now the money and other record is not being returned to the applicants. It is feared that the assets will be used illegally, the petition reads.The NAB authorities told the court that the money and the reecord was taken into custody after the deal made by Sharif family with the government. Justice Ejazul Hasan and Justice Maqbool Bajwa of Lahore High Court heard the case.
