Summary The act of political activities in President House has been challenged in Lahore High Court.
Petitioner AK Dogar took the stance before the court that President Asif Ali Zardari has continues his political activities in the Awan-e-Sadr despite the court order which was violation of the constitution.AK Dogar further maintained in the petition that the continuation of political activities in the presidency was against the rules and the President should be prohibited from this act.The petitioner prayed the decision of 5-member Lahore High Court bench in this regard should also be implemented.
