Provincial Education Minister Shuja Rehman banned shorts and half sleeves shirts as school uniform while educational institutes were ordered to be opened at 0900 hours and closed at 1500 hours.The provincial government also prohibited sports in all schools and colleges in the morning and evening.Similarly, private schools, which would not arrange insecticides spray in their campuses, would be fined.Three more victims of dengue mosquito died in Mayo Hospital on Thursday. Over 8000 people have been affected by dengue virus so far that erupted across the province.
